The qPhone 5 on our ValueMAX 12 month contract for $40 a month is a great deal... with $400 of included value, plus another $16 per month for the handset. Do you want to go with that?

Great, you're all signed up and good to go!

Oh yeah there is. I recommend you get a screen protector and maybe a spare car charger....oh and a hands free kit for your car....

Sure. What do you want to know?

The battery life on the qPhone 5 is OK, but if long talk time is really important, then I'd go for the Universe X3.

The talk time on this phone is not as good as some others. So, if that's important to you, it's a good idea to get a 'battery extender' - it'll give you more talk time with the same battery.

If you increase your monthly plan agreement, there's no termination fee. But if you want to reduce your monthly plan agreement or go with another provider you'll need to pay a termination fee. If you go on a pre-paid plan, you can change the amount of money you spend every month - it could be $50 one month and then $30 another. Also, there's no termination fee, because there's no contract.

If the phone's cost is included in your monthly fee, it'll cost you a total of $720 over 12 months. Up front we sell it for $650.

No worries, so you're buying the Universe X3 outright and buying a $30 pre-paid starter kit.

No. If you buy the phone from us, it's locked to our network. So, if you go with another provider, you'll have to pay an unlock fee.

OK. I'll sign you up onto the ValueMAX 12 month contract and you're going to buy your phone somewhere else.

OK, I hope you find the right deal for you. Come back any time.
